BJ and Verla and Steve welcome in Rob, Cam and TK from The Board Boys Podcast all the way from beautiful Iowa for their first appearance on Gumbo Live! BJ, Rob, Cam and Verla are no strangers to each other, hanging out at BGG Con and playing games. The Board Boys Podcast is one of the best podcast crews out there, with lots of recurring jokes, deep insight into the top 100 games, and reviews of the latest hotness.

BJ and Steve welcome in The Brandt for his first appearance on Gumbo Live! BJ and The Brandt are no strangers to each other, hanging out at conventions and playing games since way back in 2017 at Dice Tower East. The Brandt is an amazing games teacher, and is the behind the scenes coordinator for the Dice Tower Awards nominations, so it was a perfect time to chat with him about spicy hot games and the 2022 nominations.
BJ and Steve run through all of this year's nominations with The Brandt and get hot takes from the Chat Krewe on which games have the most buzz.

Heather has a new microgram with Weird Giraffe Games called Dreams of Yesterday, and we were excited to chat with her about the project and watch it hit its goal live on stream!
